Our guest pastor today was Pastor Wayne Uhlhorn. Pastor Uhlhorn serves as a Mission Counselor for the WELS (Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod). He works with four different district mission boards, one of which is the Arizona/California mission board, to help start missions. Prior to his current call as Mission Counselor, Pastor Uhlhorn served five years as pastor at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Carlsbad, California, and before that, as a pastor in Colorado Springs for 15 years.
