LWMS Fall Rally & Mini Retreat

The Fall Rally and Mini-Retreat of the Golden West Circuit of the Lutheran Women’s Mission Society will be held at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, NV.

Why We’re Calling It a Mini-Retreat

This relaxed weekend is designed with flexibility in mind—no packed schedule, just meaningful moments. Thanks to the LWMS retreat budget, we’re able to host this guest speaker. The only cost to you is lodging and a nominal fee to cover Saturday night’s dinner.

Friday Evening — Fellowship Activity

Alexis Park Hotel upon arrivals we’ll meet up for laughter, connection, and a joyful welcome (snacks will show up, too!).

Saturday 8:30am – 2:00pm — LWMS Golden West Fall Rally: Beautiful Savior, Las Vegas, NV

The guest speaker will be Missionary Joel Nitz, a missionary to Vietnam, Nepal, and India.

Saturday 2:00 – 7:00pm — Mini-retreat: Beautiful Savior, Las Vegas, NV 

2:00 – 4:00pm Activities and Break out sessions are being planned.

4:30pm – Guest Speaker: Amber Albee Swenson from Time of Grace. Unbreakable and Unburdened: No matter how broken you feel, if you’re walking with Jesus, you will not break. In your weakness, he is strong. We’ll work through some of the things we need to do in order to survive the craziness, including learning to let go of what isn’t ours to carry like hurt, shame and expectations.

6:00pm – Dinner

Sunday — Worship and departures

We’ll gather for worship, lift our voices, and then head home filled with grace and gratitude

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the rally will run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with an hour break for lunch. There is a $5.00 registration fee.
